Y2K Fix
sent in this bug fix for Y2K compliance for every script that uses the get_date() subroutine. DOH!

Here is what he sent by way of explanation....

It's been said in the forums that all you will need to do is change the $sc_current_century setting to "21." This will not work, because (1) the year returned will be 20100 -- ouch, and (2) you will have to be there at midnight with the changes for any hope of no interruption.

Of course, the whole thing dies after 2038 if you're still on a 32-bit system. And of course, none of this will matter if you think the power will go out anyway!

I have changed the get_date routine to read as follows (changes commented). I've attached a plain-text version in case that is more convenient.
